Terms and conditions

• – As each of our workshop sessions has limited spaces, any rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduled bookings are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase; otherwise, the session will be forfeited.

• – We do not offer refunds once a booking has been confirmed.

• – We will notify you within 40 days after the class to collect your completed art pieces.

• – For students opting for self-pickup, please collect your completed art pieces within 30 days of receiving the notification.

• – Any pieces not collected within 30 days may be discarded at the studio’s discretion.

• – No tools or prior preparation are required for the workshop.

• – Please leave the studio as clean as you found it. It is a communal workspace, and everyone deserves a conducive and tidy environment.

• – As our one-day classes are designed for beginners, it is possible that fired ceramics may develop occasional cracks or flaws. Beary Potter will not compensate for imperfections or offer makeup classes. We kindly ask customers who may be sensitive to imperfections to consider this before joining our classes.

• – Please arrive 10 minutes early for registration. The demonstration will start on time, and punctuality ensures you gain the full benefit of the workshop experience and contributes to the smooth running of the session.
